1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a nutar account, accessing the nutar website, using the nutar mobile interface, or placing any wager on any game or sporting event offered through the nutar platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional terms, rules, and policies published on nutar.org, including but not limited to the nutar Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules displayed within the platform lobby.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nutar platform and, if applicable, close your nutar account by contacting nutar support.

nutar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the nutar platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. nutar will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their nutar account, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a nutar account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Online casino-style gaming in the Philippines requires players to be a minimum of 21 years old. Players aged 18–20 are not eligible to register on nutar regardless of any general age of majority provisions under Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing nutar is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of nutar or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member or household member of such persons.
• You must not be self-excluded from nutar or from any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that extends to nutar.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law and must not have been previously banned or suspended from nutar for any reason.

nutar conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players. nutar reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nutar may result in the suspension of your nutar account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) nutar account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your nutar account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information reasonably requested by nutar. You must promptly update your nutar account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nutar account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your nutar account login details with any other person. nutar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your nutar account, you must notify nutar support immediately.

nutar reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any nutar account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where nutar reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to nutar, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on nutar are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. nutar supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ as payment methods, subject to availability and any limits published on the nutar platform from time to time.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your nutar wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are generally credited within one (1) business hour, subject to the processing times of the sending bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed by nutar within one (1) business day of submission. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reach the destination wallet within thirty (30) minutes of nutar processing. Bank withdrawals via InstaPay are generally received within the same business day. nutar does not guarantee specific processing times as delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside nutar's control.

nutar will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on your nutar account. nutar reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

nutar does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player. Any deposit originating from a payment source that does not match your verified nutar account identity will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nutar may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral incentives, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all nutar promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• Standard wagering requirements on nutar welcome bonuses are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). Only eligible game categories contribute to bonus wagering rollover at the rates specified in the relevant promotion.
• nutar bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account play will have their bonus voided and may have their nutar account suspended.
• nutar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. nutar also reserves the right to reclaim bonus credits and associated winnings if, in nutar's reasonable assessment, a promotion has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the nutar platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Tower, bingo, slots, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the nutar lobby for each title. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.

nutar uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. nutar does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer system.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, nutar reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager stake to the player's nutar wallet. nutar's decision on the outcome of disputed game rounds is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all nutar games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by nutar at any time. nutar may apply individual bet limits to specific player accounts where nutar reasonably determines this is necessary.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nutar platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one nutar account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or mechanical aids to play games or place bets on nutar.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any nutar game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or game vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned to nutar.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your nutar account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using nutar for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing nutar from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or using VPNs or proxy services to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the nutar platform, its infrastructure, or the experience of other nutar players.

8. Responsible Gaming

nutar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. nutar provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your nutar account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you feel that your gaming activity has become problematic or is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use nutar's self-exclusion feature, which allows you to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your nutar account. During any active self-exclusion period, nutar will not send promotional communications to your registered contact details.

nutar enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. If nutar has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, nutar will immediately suspend the relevant account and withhold any balance pending age verification. All winnings accrued by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nutar platform — including but not limited to the nutar name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of nutar or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nutar platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any nutar content without the prior written consent of nutar.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nutar shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nutar platform, regardless of whether nutar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nutar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nutar platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to nutar in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nutar does not warrant that the nutar platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. nutar does not guarantee specific outcomes on any game, market, or wager, and past performance of any game type is not indicative of future results.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit into your nutar wallet, and you accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions made through your nutar account.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

nutar collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the nutar Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering a nutar account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the nutar Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

nutar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at nutar's sole discretion. nutar will publish the updated Terms on nutar.org and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where amendments are material, nutar will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the nutar platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using nutar and may request closure of your nutar account by contacting nutar support.

13. Account Termination and Suspension

nutar may suspend or terminate your nutar account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or comply with KYC verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at nutar staff or other nutar players.
• Receiving a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• nutar's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or player segment.

Upon termination, nutar will process any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) to the payment method on file for your nutar account, within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not satisfied wagering requirements shall be forfeited upon account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your nutar account at any time by contacting nutar support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nutar platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute relating to game outcomes, account balances, bonus settlements, or any other nutar platform matter, you should first contact nutar support to seek informal resolution. nutar will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through nutar support, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

nutar's decisions on game outcomes that have been confirmed by the relevant game engine or live dealer system are final and are not subject to reversal through the dispute resolution process, except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction as determined by nutar at its sole discretion.
